TWIN
CLUB AGREEMENT
Izmit Rotary Club from district 2420 and
Järvenpää Rotary Club from district 1420
are decided to be twin club in accordance with the below subjects.
1.
PURPOSE
To increase international understanding and world
peace by improving friendship between two countries through Rotary.
2. SCOPE
Support
educational and cultural activities between two countries
Improving friendship
between two club members by Rotary visits.
Try to realize a
world community project together.
Try to realize a
step-exchange program for summer practice for University students.
3.
RELATION BETWEEN OTHER CLUBS
Two clubs are completely free to make new twin
club agreements with other clubs.
4.
VALIDITY OF AGREEMENT
The validity of this agreement is 3 years after
signing of protocol; but if not any objection from one side; this
agreement will be extended by 3 years more and goes on.
5.
TIME OF AGREEMENT
This agreement is signed by two presidents at
3.th of April 1996 at 26.th anniversary of Izmit Rotary Club in Sapanca
Hotel.
Two
clubs will inform their governors about this agreement.
This agreement is signed as two copies between two clubs.
